Week 1: 30 Sep. - 05 Oct.
Monday-Tuesday: Do Lecture no. 101, "Introduction to Rehabilitation of Children": read the entire lesson through once, then answer the discussion question in our Skype group and the quiz questions, sending them by midnight Monday. Then each student must reply to at least one of the responses coming to him by midnight Tuesday.
Wednesday-Thursday: Do Lecture no. 102, "Mental Retardation": read the entire lesson through once, then answer the discussion question in our Skype group and the quiz questions, sending them by midnight Wednesday. Then each student must reply to at least one of the responses coming to him by midnight Thursday.
Friday-Saturday: Do Lecture no. 103, "Mental Retardation, Continued": read the entire lesson through once, then answer the discussion question in our Skype group and the quiz questions, sending them by midnight Friday. Then each student must reply to at least one of the responses coming to him by midnight Saturday.
Week 2: 7 - 12 Oct.
Monday-Saturday: Do Written Assignment #1: 2.5-3 pages double-spaced, in 14-point font Microsoft Word *.docx format. Deadline to complete it is **by midnight on SATURDAY** (U.S. Eastern time). TOPIC: "Services for Children with Disabilities in your City." Email your assignment to your instructor.
Monday-Tuesday: Do Lecture no. 104, "Autism, Introduction": same as above.
Wednesday-Thursday: Do Lecture no. 105, "Autism, Continued": same as above.
Friday-Saturday: Do Lecture no. 106, "Severe and Multiple Disabilities": same as above.
Week 3: 14 - 19 Oct.
Monday-Tuesday: Do Lecture no. 107, "Visual Impairments": same as above.
Wednesday-Thursday: Do Lecture no. 108, "Hearing Loss": same as above.
Friday-Saturday noon: Do Lecture no. 109, "Emotional/Behavioral Disorders": same as above.
Saturday noon-Sunday: please take Exam #1 (registered students can access exam_100-1 only during these days).
Week 4: 21 - 26 Oct.
Monday-Tuesday: Do Lecture no. 110, "Emotional/Behavioral Disorders, Continued": same as above.
Wednesday-Thursday: Do Lecture no. 111, "Learning Disabilities, Introduction": same as above.
Friday-Saturday: Do Lecture no. 112, "Learning Disabilities, Continued": same as above.
Week 5: 28 Oct. - 02 Nov.
Monday-Saturday: Do Written Assignment #2: 2.5-3 pages double-spaced, in 14-point font Microsoft Word *.docx format. Deadline to complete it is **by midnight on SATURDAY** (U.S. Eastern time). TOPIC: "Describe Your Personal Experience with Disabled Children." Email your assignment to your instructor.
Monday-Tuesday: Do Lecture no. 113, "Speech and Language Disorders": same as above.
Wednesday-Thursday: Do Lecture no. 114, "Speech and Language Disorders, Continued": same as above.
Friday-Saturday: Do Lecture no. 115, "Other Health Impairments": same as above.
Week 6: 04 - 07 Nov.
Monday-Tuesday: Do Lecture no. 116, "Other Health Impairments, Continued": same as above.
Wednesday-Thursday: Please take Exam #2 (registered students can access exam_100-2 only during these days).
Next course: Course 200, "Foundations of Psychology," will begin on 11 November 2024 and will go for 5.5 weeks, through 19 December 2024.
