Week 1: 11 - 16 Nov.
Monday-Tuesday: Do lesson no. 201, "Definition and History of Psychology": read the entire lesson through once; next, answer the discussion question in our Skype group and the quiz questions, sending them by midnight Monday. Then each student must reply to at least one of the responses coming to him by midnight Tuesday.
Wednesday-Thursday: Do lesson no. 202, "The Neuron: The Basic Building Block of the Nervous System": read the entire lesson through once; next, answer the discussion question in our Skype group and the quiz questions, sending them by midnight Wednesday. Then each student must reply to at least one of the responses coming to him by midnight Thursday.
Friday-Saturday: Do lesson no. 203, "Motivation and Emotions": read the entire lesson through once; next, answer the discussion question in our Skype group and the quiz questions, sending them by midnight Friday. Then each student must reply to at least one of the responses coming to him by midnight Saturday.
Week 2: 18 - 23 Nov.
Monday-Saturday: Do Written Assignment #1: 2.5-3 pages double-spaced, in 14-point font Microsoft Word *.docx format. Deadline to complete it is **by midnight on SATURDAY** (U.S. Eastern time). TOPIC: "Ineffective and Effective Methods of Dealing with Stress." Email your assignment to your instructor.
Monday-Tuesday: Do Lesson 204, "Stress": same as above.
Wednesday-Thursday: Do Lesson 205, "Ineffective Strategies for Coping with Stress, and Health Psychology": same as above.
Friday-Saturday: Do Lesson 206, "Psychological Disorders - Anxiety, Somatoform and Personality Disorders": same as above.
Week 3: 25 - 30 Nov.
Monday-Tuesday: Do Lesson 207, "Dissociative and Personality Disorders, Alzheimer's Disease": same as above.
Wednesday-Thursday: Do Lesson 208, "Mood Disorders and Schizophrenia": same as above.
Friday-Saturday noon: Do Lesson 209, "Treatment and Therapy of Psychological Disorders, Psychotherapy": same as above.
Saturday noon-Sunday: Do Exam #1 (registered students can access exam_200-1 only during these days).
Week 4: 02 - 07 Dec.
Monday-Tuesday: Do Lesson 210, "Psychotherapy (Continued)": same as above.
Wednesday-Thursday: Do Lesson 211, "Biblical Counseling": same as above.
Friday-Saturday: Do Lesson 212, "Understanding People": same as above.
Week 5: 09 - 14 Dec.
Monday-Saturday: Do Written Assignment #2: 2.5-3 pages double-spaced, in 14-point font Microsoft Word *.docx format. Deadline to complete it is **by midnight on SATURDAY** (U.S. Eastern time). TOPIC: "One Approach to Psychotherapy that in Your Opinion Best Corresponds to a Christian Worldview." Email your assignment to your instructor.
Monday-Tuesday: Do Lesson 213, "Communication with People": same as above.
Wednesday-Thursday: Do Lesson 214, "Communicating with Clients": same as above.
Friday-Saturday: Do Lesson 215, "Alcoholism": same as above.
Week 6: 16 - 19 Dec.
Monday-Tuesday: Do Lesson 216, "Caring for Yourself as You Give Care to Others": same as above.
Wednesday-Thursday: Do Exam #2 (registered students can access exam_200-2 only during these days).
Next course: Course 300, "A Biblical Theology of Ministry," will begin on 06 January 2025 and will go for 6 weeks, through 16 February 2025.
